For those considering a career in Male or Female Fashion Modelling, we have limited opportunities for new model talent to join the agency. Producers and Film Producers, kindly enquire about the location of a model before requesting services.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE. All Talents and Models on submitting images via any media whatsoever to Lowrys Online, give all reproduction rights to Lowrys Online and in doing so lawfully accept and abide by all the terms and conditions set and modified at any time by Lowrys Online. Following are Lowrys Online's terms & conditions & shall apply to all models and/or their associates immediately on submission. Lowrys Online will act as an Employment Agency on the talent's behalf.
1 Bookings: An assignment, which has been accepted by a model through Lowrys Online, must then be fulfilled through Lowrys Online. All extensions and derivations relating to the original assignment must be fulfilled through Lowrys Online. The model will be liable to pay all Lowrys Online’s losses in respect of the original assignment, extensions & deviations if not fulfilled through Lowrys Online.
2 Soliciting: The Model undertakes not at any time in the future to contact in anyway whatsoever any clients introduced to them through Lowrys Online in any capacity whatsoever without the written consent of Lowrys Online
3 Availability: A Model or talent must give 7 working days notice to the agency to withdraw from an assignment, which has been booked by a client.
3.1 Availability: The model or talent shall be liable for any extra costs that have been incurred by Lowrys Online, the client or other models as a result or failure to comply with condition 3 of these terms and conditions.
